v1.2
About
Process Behaviour Charts (XmR) built for NHS healthcare improvement teams. Follows Donald Wheeler's methodology for understanding process variation — distinguishing common cause from special cause.
What's new in v1.2
Capability verdict is now spread-driven (classified by process variation vs specification, not the mean's position). Processes previously shown as 'marginal' with wide variation may now correctly show 'not capable'. Capability on an unstable process is flagged as provisional.

Methodology & Constants
XmR constants: 2.66 = 3/d₂ (genuine 3σ limits), 3.268 = D₄ for span-2 mR. No patient-identifiable data collected. Process improvement tool only.
